We have outlined the collaboration process in detail to provide full transparency and clarity about each step.

Here is what you can expect:

✦ Step 1: Submit a Request

We offer two options for you to choose from:

A. Long-Term or Complex Project 

Please use the Submit Request link to complete the intake form. Inside the form, you may select:

a. Request for Engagement, if your organization does not require a formal proposal to initiate an engagement;

b. Request for Proposal, if your organization requires a formal proposal to initiate an engagement.

B. One-Time or Simple Project

Please submit the How Can We Help intake form.

You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.

✦ Step 2: Book a Discovery Call

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate whether it aligns with our expertise and capacity. If it does, we will send a link to schedule a complimentary Discovery Call. During the call, you may ask questions and outline your objectives. At the end of the call, we will advise you on the partnership type best aligned with your project.

✦ Step 3: Receive Scope of Work Agreement

After—or in some cases, prior to—the Discovery Call, we will prepare a Scope of Work outlining the technical objectives, key milestones, deliverables, timeline, and budget.

a. For funded collaborations, we provide Letters of Commitment or Teaming Agreements to support proposal submissions.

b. For sponsored or internal R&I, a project agreement and invoice will be issued once the scope is approved.

✦ Step 4: Approve the Scope of Work Agreement

The tailored scope of work agreement will be provided for your review and approval. The engagement will be confirmed only after your approval is received. No payment will be requested or processed before you approve the agreement.

✦ Step 5: Project Execution

Upon confirmation, we initiate project execution. Work is structured around key milestones and includes documentation, technical reviews, and deliverable handoffs. Progress is shared through regular updates and joint sessions.

✦ Step 6: Final Deliverables and Follow-Up

At project completion, you will receive all agreed deliverables. We offer a closing review session to discuss results and explore next-phase opportunities.

We understand that schedules can change. To support you, we offer flexible rescheduling and refund options under the following conditions:

• You may cancel a non-project-based research or innovation service at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to receive a full refund of the unused portion. Project-based services are governed by the signed research agreement. Requests must be submitted through the following link: Reschedule or Refund Request Form.
• No refunds are available for completed work.
