✦ Step 1: Request a Consultation

Depending on the complexity and timeline of your project, we offer two engagement options for you to choose from:

a. Long-Term or Complex Project

b. One-Time or Simple Project

You will receive a confirmation email upon submitting the request.

✦ Step 2: Book a Discovery Call

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate whether it aligns with our expertise and capacity. If it does, we will send a link to schedule a complimentary Discovery Call. During the call, you may ask us questions and outline your objectives. At the end of the call, we will advise you on the consulting format best aligned with your project.

✦ Step 3: Approve Scope of Work 

After—or in some cases, prior to—the Discovery Call, we will provide a tailored scope of consultation and pricing, for your review and approval. The engagement will be confirmed, and payment processed, only after your approval is received.

✦ Step 4: Consultation Session

Once the payment is processed, you will receive an invitation to your consultation session. During this session, you will receive structured feedback, actionable recommendations, and a written summary outlining the next steps.

✦ Step 5: Follow-Up Support

A short follow-up session is included to assist with implementation and address any questions. Additional sessions can be scheduled.

We understand that schedules can change. To support you, we offer flexible rescheduling and refund options under the following conditions:

• You may cancel or reschedule a non-project-based consulting session at no cost if your request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Project-based services follow the signed consulting agreement. Requests must be submitted through the following link: Reschedule or Refund Request Form.
• No refunds are available after a completed session or in the case of a no-show.
